They have a different vegan soup of the day everyday. This time it was eggplant curry and I wasnt sure that i would like it, but I loved it! Hardly tasted the curry, it most tasted like a good quality hearty vegetable stew. Very nourishing. We have been to this place twice and loved everything except for this sandwich. It definitely needs more work. I agree with the previous review about this sandwich being too dry, although the photo in that review still looks better than the one we got. There is just the tiniest amount of pepper and onion. The sandwich is mostly dense seitan stacked, not a delicious juicy philly like I was expecting.
