I hate leaving negative reviews, but, other than the phallic cookie, this #vegantiramisu was really bad. I am hoping it was a fluke. maybe they didn't soak it in enough coffee? bad batch of cream? i finished it over several mornings dunking it in coffee and it was passable. i had been craving #tiramisù and managed to wait until i got home to try it. #disappointed it took me four days to finish, dunking a bit in coffee in the morning. i didn't want to throw it away. to end on a positive note, otherwise i was quite happy with what i got at this #veganitalian booth at july #pride in newbury. their website has a list of their upcoming events: https://www.vegansweettooth.co.uk/online-ordering/ and a 🌹

this was the strangest #foccacia i have ever eaten. it seemed to be assembled like a cinnamon roll with olives and corn meal (i think) as a filling/coating. it had a very strong yeast taste & smell, which disappeared when i toasted it - once grilled chz style and again with a vegan burger. it is listed as a focaccia roll. it wasn't bad but was much heavier than any foccacia i have ever tasted. i would not buy it again but am glad i tried it. #carbsforlife #olivelover the owner is a charming italian man. their pastries were amazing. they were at newbury pride last week and, from their site, do a lot of festivals and street fairs as well have deliver/pick up in london. they had an amazing assortment of sweet and savory. for a look at some of their delights: https://www.vegansweettooth.co.uk/menu #supportsmallbusiness 🏳️‍🌈 #lgbtqowned

Repost from HappyCow Found them at Birmingham Vegan Festival and had a hard time deciding what I want. Eventually settled on the Black Forest Cherries and Chocolate cake (£5). The cake was moist but I could feel the chocolate in it. There were also the contrasting textures of the cream, cherry and macaroon on top which went perfectly with the cake. I need them to come back up north soon so I can try the tiramasu 😁 #vegansweettooth #cake

I bought this #cake at the Great Yorkshire Vegan Market today because it looked amazing, but I was actually a little underwhelmed by the taste. It didn’t taste like #chocolate at all, but had a slight flavour of #coconut and beans? If they’d added a little more cocoa I’m sure they would have tasted better, and the icing and coconut ball were nice (not very Nutella-y though), but I definitely don’t think it was worth £4.50. #cakes #chocolatecake #coconutlover #chocoholic #veganlondon #vegancake
