I love Pho! Great to have a vegan option (tofu) right on the menu!!! Came with fresh basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño, and lime.￼

Vegan Tofu Bun

Although I ordered the vegan tofu as my protein in the Bun, I had to specify that I didn’t want the fried eggrolls added (￼non vegan) I was offered the substitute of the tofu cold Spring roll.￼￼ The spring roll was a little bland, would’ve been much better with a spicy peanut dipping sauce.
