Feijoada

I'm Portuguese so when I saw Feijoada on the menu (the only Vegan friendly dish) I was hopeful. There are multiple variations of Feijoada - commonality a bean-based stew. 
Unfortunately what arrived was no more than tomato infused rice with some chunks of red pepper and carrots.

Very well prepared. No bitterness, and wonderful flavour and texture.

Ruby Grapefruit And Avo Salad

Light, fresh and surprising taste combination. The dressing on this was delicious!
