Vegan version of the classic Cubano sandwich, with seitan 'ham', plant-based sliced cheese, pickles and mustard in a toasted baguette. Good flavour overall but ended up a bit on the salty side with that particular combination of ingredients. Would be off the charts of adjusted for the salt factor. Comes with a side of perfectly crispy fries. Great ambience in the restaurant and very nice owners and staff. Will be going back.

So much food for such an affordable rate, portion, and quality. Fresh and seasonal and didn't feel gross after eating any of it like vegan junk food! Will be going back happily.
