
There’s a lot of ingredients in this, so I just posted a photo of the list. Prominent ingredients are spinach, peas, and tofu. The lemon peel is towards the end of the ingredients, meaning that there’s the least of it, but it left a very distinctive tart taste. Not exactly as I’d prefer in a Spanakopita, but it was still overall really good. The rich and creamy filling pairs very well with the flaky crust. My friend found this while we were shopping at Whole Foods. I would have never found it on my own because it’s in the section that always filled with a bunch of meat, so I never browse there.
