Heavenly! First time trying Blendlove, and loved it. While this is miles away from “traditional” eggs benny, the ingredients were quality and each bite was a tasty mix of flavours and textures. Delicious creamy vegan hollandaise sauce on top of two falafel balls, with toasted sourdough, edamame purée, and rice paper “bacon” (can’t see in the pic, it was underneath the greens). The rice paper bacon texture was awesome (intrigued how they make it soft and bendy) but was a little lacking in flavour, but the rest of the plate more than made up for it. Great presentation and a relatively healthy dish that was nourishing, but filling, in a good way 🌱
