Homemade vegan tuna filling (I think with chickpeas?) but with cheddar sheese instead of just mayo.. Really savoury and satisfying, and glad it was served in a ciabatta rather than a baguette which I sometimes find to be too chewy. Soooo good! PB, banana, dates, cacao powder, coconut, and vanilla. The taste was sublime, I really liked that it was a bit chocolatey.
