The atmosphere was lovely and this dish was just so light but full of flavour at the same time. It has cavolo nero (first time I tried it raw and it's a yes!), beetroot, carrots, quinua, pecans, pomegranate, a maple and pecan dressing, and crumbled vegan feta. Simply amazing!Roasted Roots Salad

Me and my friend shared all our food, starting by this dip: quite a generous amount of hummus with some veggies already blended in it (bell pepper for sure, and maybe some others I couldn't identify), with crudités and flatbread.
