This was not as rich or sweet as I expected, which was nice because I could eat the whole thing without feeling ill at the end haha. It had the perfect amount of pumpkin spice, and was nice and creamy. The vegan whipped cream was awesome, as were the candied pecans on top which were definitely needed to balance all the creaminess. The sausage was so good as they made it really crispy, and the rice was slightly acidic and very umami. I really enjoyed this Creole classic.jambalaya
