I've used it to make "cream of" soups. So far i've made broccoli, asparagus and
tomato basil (pictured). I didn't taste anything but the ingredients i used and the 3 other people who ate each soup agreed. I'm loving this stuff!

to say it's amazing. I haven't made whipped cream in almost five years. I'm super excited! Also made a bowl of blueberries and homemade whipped cream (no sugar added) for my meat eating, keto diet father and he liked it! So win all around from this household.
whipping creams that I have tried have a slight coconut flavor which is fine if you're making something coconutty but it doesn't always work. This one doesn't taste at all like coconut.
It whips up really nice and fluffy, and it does not collapse like dairy cream does.
Of course like any heavy cream this is not healthy, but it's nice for a special occasion.

great for topping on desserts. My favorite use for it is whipping it and folding it into the custard for banana puddings or fruit tarts. I’ve also used it in smoothies and soups to add some creaminess that is difficult to achieve with just plant milks.
