This is a very lovely and versatile product! It whips up really nicely and is great for topping on desserts. My favorite use for it is whipping it and folding it into the custard for banana puddings or fruit tarts. I’ve also used it in smoothies and soups to add some creaminess that is difficult to achieve with just plant milks.
