One of the better bacon alternatives so far I think. At this price I grabbed quite a few and froze some. I’ve been able to do some in the air fryer with success too. Not as high in sodium as some others so that’s good. A little bit on the greasy side tho. This #bacon is absolutely fantastic! Smokey and intense in flavour, I loved the sage and rosemary touches. It’s basically #seitan in slices, with added #buckwheat and kidney #beans for some extra fun in the texture. I recommend this #veganbacon ! Bought in Whole Foods in #NYC🇺🇸
It wasn't terrible but certainly not very similar to the cruel version. I would say it hardly resembles it at all. Perhaps it would be more savory if fried in oil.
Delicious. Great flavor. Excellent alternative to bacon.
