Wheat Gluten Skewer with Tree buds Miso

This was another great dish from Sorano, a restaurant in Shibuya with many vegan friendly and tofu-based options. These skewers were made from wheat gluten and they were super flavorful thanks to the miso and soy beans paste. They had a strange sticky consistency but it didn’t bother me.
