This restaurant has the best #vegansushi I have ever had! This #teriyaki #veganchicken #sushi has such a great texture. The vegan chicken has a nice pull to it and is not too hard. The flavor does not overpower the dish and the #cucumber and #zucchini inside is very cooling and refreshing. This tasted just like real sushi. Usually, I won’t eat sushi with any type of “meat” other than “fish” in it, but I am so glad I tried this roll! It’s definitely one of my favorites. The price of the roll was pretty high, but this dish was for sure worth it! I absolutely love this restaurant and would recommend it to anyone looking for vegan sushi in #lasvegas 🍣
