I rather enjoyed this, some of the tastiest seitan I've tried, was very juicy and soft
Steak texture resembles very much what I remember steak to be like. Doesn't quite taste the same but still enjoyed it. The egg goes reasonably well with the steak, enjoyed it more on this than on the Egg Benedict. Chips are very plain but nice. Onion rings are okay, not my favourite.
