
This was super good and super tasty. Filled with lentiles, quinoa, tofu, eggplant, hummus sauce, nuts, and just about everything you need to live to 200 and still feel like you’re 20.
I wasn’t amazed by the taste of this, but it is a good option if you want a quick balanced lunch. The prices have gone up since last time, but it is still ok.
