Veganised breakfast burrito

Burritos with vegan omelette and grilled mushroom! Delicious!

This was quite disappointing. We replaced the eggs with tempeh. The mushrooms were too dry and really hard to chew. The tempeh was so so and otherwise there was only salad and that wrap to eat. Would not recommend. The salsa inside was nice but that was pretty much it.
