Economic Rice

Tanaka is another little gem on Choa Chu Kang with cheap vegetarian food. Their noodles are amazing too

Curry vegetables, spinach and braised beancurd skin. My favourite combo for a light meal.

Office is near Keat Hong hence we buy lunch from this stall quite often. Variety here is pretty good with mix of daily specials, mock meats, vegetables, and noodles. For the economic rice today, I tried the eggplant, mock sweet & sour and chap chye. Overall, not bad if only food wasn't so oily. Plus side is the portion today was quite generous (though this can be inconsistent) and they use brown paper for takeaways.
