Taco Plate (gabacho, Chorizó or Barbacoa, Dorado Mashed Potato)

This is my favorite vegan mexican restaurant of all time! They don't rely heavily on fake cheese and meat here. Instead they focus on the fresh flavors of housemade sauces and seasoned veggies. Of course there is some fake cheese and meat on the menu, but it acts as a team member rather than a solo act. This round I chose the plantain mole taco (great balance on the mole sauce), the veggie taco (mashed potatie, roasted poblano pepper, corn, mushroom, garlic, lettuce, and cilantro sauce), and the mushroom asada taco. Everything was delicious, the pineapple juice was yummy yummy too and after clarification at the cashier stand the WHOLE MENU IS VEGAN! Yay, sometimes it just says cheese and stuff so have to check each visit to make sure. Very yummy stuff, they turned the fans on for me on the outdoor patio (very chic) they also have a lovely air conditioned interior for dine in and ordering or take out. I just got a beautiful UPF 50+ protection long sleeve hoodie (LEAO brand on Amazon) which kind of matches their branding colors, what a great day.
