Grilled King Oyster mushroom

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this was amazing! Perfectly grilled Mushrooms sitting on a bed Rosti with a tasty Romesco Sauce and Hazelnut Crumb. Lovely texture, not too tough like some mushrooms can be, great flavours and just the right portion.
