Ramen in Tomato and Soymilk broth

Super duper delicious, fragrant and filling. Variety of ingredients in a hearty broth.

Not a drop of this went to waste. 💯% #kidapproved I witnessed the kid went to ramen heaven and back. Ramen noodles were so fresh and springy. Drenched in a tasty soup which was a good mix of sweet, tangy and savoury. The soy milk gave the soup a silky smooth finish.
