I witnessed the kid went to ramen heaven and back.
Ramen noodles were so fresh and springy. Drenched in a tasty soup which was a good mix of sweet, tangy and savoury. The soy milk gave the soup a silky smooth finish.
Also, generous serving of vegan soy fish, seaweed, bokchoy and silken tofu thrown in this soup for good measure.
