Negi-goma Atsuage Ramen

I keep wanting to like ramen but I don't think it's for me. The vegan egg tasted like plain tofu but looked great. I've heard others say the ramen is amazing but I think it's just not for me.

This place revamped their menu in 2019 to have so many more vegan options. The line-up (outside of the pandemic) is usually long. But the ramen is sooo good.
