Courgetti Spaghetti

The perfect small plate to accompany the pizzas. The zucchini spirals were the best possible delivery base for their housemade pesto as it gave that much needed freshness and break from all the carbs, while really letting the pesto shine without much else to compete with it. I remember getting this when I first went to Purezza in 2019 when I first turned vegan, and it’s become a must-get for me whenever I’m here ♥️

My non vegan friend loved this one, you can taste fresh vegetables. But one catch (it’s served cold hahah)

I have mixed feelings about this. Courgettes are raw not cooked so it’s very crunchy, and the pesto/courgette ratio was a bit off (for me) too much pesto for the amount of courgette. But it was a refreshing dish. Probably won’t order again but didn’t mind having it. #vegan #veganinlondon #govegan #veganisnotscary #abillionlove
