Beyond Beef

The so-called 'beef,' which is made mainly of vegetable ingredients, does not taste like actual meat. It's got a convincing appearance, however it was a little too mushy to chew. It's brittle and readily breaks apart when crumpled. That said, I think this work well for making the bolognese toppings for spaghetti? I've not tried it.
