Sausage & ‘egg’ Muffin

It was a fairly satisfying breakfast but quite mediocre, the actual muffin and sausage patty were enjoyable and the overall taste was fine. But the tofu egg let it down, it was too dense and didn’t have much flavour either, plus the cheese was rubbery and not melted so unfortunately for nearly £7 this was a little disappointing

I wanted to like this so much but it was a tad bland. The ‘egg’ just needed a bit more seasoning but it was still really tasty! Sausage patty was cooked and seasoned well! The cafe is also very cute with a nice calm atmosphere
