Portuguese Porkchop Bun with Omnipork

While the “pork chop” isn’t as meaty as real pork chop, it tastes pretty good with the onions and crispy bun (tho a bit dry). But the flavour mainly comes from the slightly charred onions, so it can be a bit bland though if you don’t eat alliums.
