was like: try the plant-based fior di latte, do it for @abillion10, trust the pizzeria overlords, maybe it won’t be goopy… And BUONISSIMO! This mozza imposter is the best I’ve met 🥸, it’s creamy, dense, salty. Maybe even a little bit browned from the wood fired pizza oven? Maybe even a little stringy pull? Apparently libretto makes this mozz in-house from coconut and soy (nut free) and the process takes over a day. The pizza gods have spoken ppl and this. Is. It. 👼🍕🍷
this without adding arugula… can’t imagine ordering anything without adding arugula if arugula is on the table. and if arugula isn’t on the table, how did i get here and why and can we go somewhere else? this review is mostly a shoutout to arugula, the pizza was fine/good. was obviously cooked in a dope oven, very legit, thankful for arugula. #arugulagang
