When we visit Jaopira, we put our appetite in the hands of Chef Jenny, who never ceases to amaze us! This #cauliflower bread with #seaspaghetti was no exception. The tender cauliflower bread provided a warm, savory grounding to the dish, which was topped with fresh sliced #tomato, #rocket and then the sea spaghetti, which was tossed in a light, tangy vinaigrette. The symphony of flavors was exquisite! This dish is not on the menu, and is priced at 13,90€ for a more-than-healthy-sized starter.
