Stracciatella Frisella: £13
Italian double-baked bread topped with roasted peppers, garlic and stracciatella cheese.
Juicy and rich roasted peppers, very light and soft. The frisella was socked in the peppers juice but had a crunchy crust and was easy to cut. All topped with an outstanding stracciatella that really reminded me of the real one for taste and consistency. Probably one of their best appetisers. Great job!
