A super delicious gnocchi. I felt this was quite a treat. Absolutely delicious.
The gnocchi was generously covered in creamy pistachio and spinach pesto (felt inspired to try recreate this at home). Then the generous helping of a sun-dried tomato and vegan cheese sprinkle.
