A yummy thick slice of a bruschetta topped with a spread of "ricotta" cheese (which more would have been nice and balance the acidity of everything else), rocket, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar and mushrooms.
The bread was going ever so slightly soggy, however it was still highly enjoyable.
