French Toast Banana Bread

🍌 🍓 🍞 Great presentation, lovely mix of fruit, decent portion of cashew butter, lots of peanut butter and delicious banana bread - I was really happy with this and can’t believe it was only £7!!! This is one of my favourite dishes in the whole world, completely vegan,healthy and gluten free ( you wouldn’t know ). Stuffed full of banana, berries, peanut butter and coconut cream, its absolutely delicious for breakfast brunch or lunch.
