Vegan Guacamole and Black Bean And Corn Enchiladas

The guacamole was fresh and delicious. The enchiladas were tasty. Asked the server to make sure that both were vegan and that the enchiladas were gluten free. He directed me to have the white rice and green sauce. The whole dish was yummy and very filling. Can’t wait to eat my left overs.
