Spicy Rice Noodle Soup with Beef and Tofu (Bún Huế CHAY)

Amazing! Haven't had crispy tofu like this, and the mock meats are superb! Despite the size of this dish I kinda wish there were more noodles. Would get again, however, the price is $19 which is something I'm trying to come to terms with, in this inflationary world.
