Masoor Dal Chili ginger garlic spiced buttery lentils with tomato, onion, cucumber, and carrots over basmati rice finished with cilantro aioli and a side of grilled flatbread. *Vegan. Gluten free without the flatbread. This is vegan as is it was tremendously filling enough to take leftovers home for a second meal had a nice kick to it.
