The absolute best vegan croissant/pain au chocolate I’ve ever had and could possibly imagine. Sooo flaky, buttery, crispy — Margo’s has mastered vegan pastries. Ouiiiii! Délicieux 🤤 🇫🇷 It is rare to find vegan pain au chocolat, and I used to be a big fan of pain au chocolat 😄 So I was so happy to find those delicious ones! The pâte feuilletée is quite a success, and it doesn’t taste like margarine. As a big fan of french viennoiseries, I recognise that the pâtissiers of Margo’s are connaisseur•euse•s, and that this is the best vegan pain au chocolat that I had so far. It is the 5th, the other ones were in Paris, so if you are french and visit Amsterdam, don’t miss going to this shop! 🇫🇷💚
