What an awesome vegan restaurant! And this dish’s cashew cheese sauce is a decadent delight. The restaurant is located across the street from the vegan-friendly New Seasons Market and a couple of blocks from the Inn at Northrup Station, a nice boutique hotel where we stayed.

Made with a creamy blend of butternut squash and cashews, this is the kind of comfort food that will make you feel good. (Gluten-free option available)
