I was craving thunder tea rice the other day and came across this vegan eatery which had an interesting selection of vegan dishes to choose from! Sadly, the thunder tea rice wasn’t available however their vegan kimbap was! And boy do I not regret getting it. I’m not particularly a fan of mock meats but there was vegan meat floss inside and it had definitely made the kimbap taste way better. The wasabi sauce given too just added so much flavour. I’m going back there FOR SURE.

This kimbab is impressive and from now on, I will definitely go for this kimbab instead of the usual non-vegan one. Every bite is a bite of freshness and juiciness. This kimbab doesn’t have rice inside, all are veggies and they choose the veggies so carefully that the kimbab has a pleasant naturally sweetness. It is really refreshing and satisfying. The sauce for this dish reminds me of the sesame dressing for salad, but it does help to upgrade the overall taste for the kimbab. This dish doesn’t exactly resemble the normal kimbab but they try their best by adding a bit wasabi inside. I love wasabi hut theirs is very strong and can blow your mind so remember to tell the chef to leave it out if you can’t stand wasabi. Overall, I love the restaurant’s creativity and this dish from now will be in the list of my most favourite vegan dishes
