Cosmo Knots

Schnitzel is my childhood. I grew up eating it and this was better than I remembered. It was a gourmet version of it.

We got the tomato soup with the cosmo knots, both appetizers, and together they were soooo good. The cosmo knots are divine on their own but even better when you dip them in the slightly spicy, creamy soup! The cosmo knots are made of flaky pastry dough, cheese and a mixture of seeds, along with some pub cheese that comes on the plate. These were mediocre at best— especially compared to the other appetizer we ordered (the skewers are amazing). The knots are INCREDIBLY DRY and the cheese is hidden under the knots— we had to ask the server. Even with the cheese, the knots are still very dry and not very flavorful at all for something “everything” seasoned. I would not recommend these, although I’d absolutely recommend the place itself for the other food, drinks, and the vibe. P.S. sorry for the bad picture, we ate most of them before I took a picture. It normally comes with 6 knots!
