Kimchi Pancakes Three battered and fried kimchi pancakes served with a sunny side up egg, scallions, and gochujang mayo. Gluten Free. Vegan without the egg. And I ordered without the egg of course. You could substitute it for a tofu egg as well. I chose this to try something very different! These are veery, very flavorful. Kimchi and soy sauce tastes are the main flavor combo.
