Layers of Red Bean and Yam with Rose Glass

Everything was so good except for that chocolate sorbet because the taste of it was so distinctive i could tell which brand it was

The name of this dessert is very uninspiring and the presentation and joy of eating it so understated!! The yam and red bean paste together is just right not overly sweet and goes well with the crispy sweetened cracker layers. Also loved the choc ice cream on the side though it was a little hard LOL! It also came with some fruits, crushed peanuts and bobbles that pop in your mouth with interesting sweet syrup!

This is certainly interesting. Yam is not normally something I would choose but with the chocolate tear drop ice cream thing its delicious. Also, see the little orange balls? They are like little bubbles that burst in our mouth with a sweet flowery, shampoo (but yummy) flavour 😍 😋

It looked great and was original. Nutrition is probably okay too. Was it good? It definitely wasn’t memorable to me but maybe gourmet food just isn’t my scene? #jaan
