Went for lunch with @sherlyn and we both tried this. They have veggie ramen for
a limited time so I wanted to try. Kudos for offering that; I don’t usually see veg options at ramen places. The soup was way too salty; I had to add lots of water to dilute it. But it was nice and comforting after diluting. It had a lot of oil too. There was a bit of lettuce, eggplant, pumpkin and lotus root. Liked the texture and taste of pumpkin and eggplant. Noodles were nice and springy. Would like to have a protein source like tofu or soybeans. I added spring onions, red ginger and pickled veggies. Love the spring onions, but probably won’t take the pickled veg next time as it’s spicy and the dish is already salty. Would appreciate if the restaurant provides reusable cutlery and biodegradable disposables. Overall I’m glad they’re offering this option, but it could be healthier. #vegbuddies
