Mellow on the kimchi flavour, the soup is well balanced and seasoned.
A generous portion, unlike many other Aussie Ramen offerings.
Toppings: local organic fried tofu topped with chopped spring onions, fresh sprouts, fried shallots, roasted seaweed, chilli threads and sesame. And I added Asian greens (gai lan)
