Once again, I must apologise for my #potatophotography 🥸 Like I said in my review

of their unagi #maki https://www.abillion.com/reviews/63f3f8e897b4146c4cbe1dac if it weren’t for this #veganmaki that would’ve been my #bestpicks pick for this place 🙌 That then makes this a total recommendation from me 😉 I’m not sure what possessed me to think that #soyfloss is a great topping for #sushi but over time it’s really grown on me. Only thing to look out for is that many off-the-shelf #veganfloss products are actually laxatives if taken in large amounts! This is a #savoury sweet overload with their #sweetsauce plus #veganmayo topping plus tonnes of #floss on the side 🤭 I actually found myself scooping up the excess! Yeah I’m one of those #unhealthyvegans you hear on carnist forums about 😗

IMO, this comes in second place out of the 3 vegan sushi rolls I’d tried.

Unagi maki > floss maki > avocado maki. But, I think I would buy all 3 again if I went back ✨. The crunchy bits and the floss made the dish tastier than the avocado roll 😄 #sushi #abillionlove #veganfloss

$14!! HANDS DOWN FAVOURITE SUSHI EVER like omg. me and my friend absolutely love it

and every time we go out now we just end up going to herbivore for this. she’s a big jap food lover and she says this is the best sushi she’s had even though it’s veg😭 like okay maybe the roll isn’t tightly rolled enough like it kinda falls apart a little but who cares when the sauce is so good. teriyaki sauce drizzled with some vegan mayo and the most amazing floss!! (remember to ask for non dairy to make it vegan otherwise the non vegan sashimi will be inside!) they used to be more generous with the sauce though:”( was a little skimpy on their toppings the other day but they made up with more things inside!! it used to be all cucumbers but nows there pickles and avocados inside as well :D putting wasabi also adds in an extra kick to this already amazing sushi. 10/10 highly recommend this, I think this is better than their unagi one!! #veganisnotscary

bf was pleasantly surprised by this and rated this a 10/10 (he has high standards HAHA) everything just went so well together and the floss was very nice hehe. the wasabi also doesn’t leave a weird aftertaste that some wasabi does? but only this is that the sushi wasn’t roll tightly enough but still this is so good:” #veganuary

Must try here! In fact best Japanese vegan dish I’ve had till date! So so

delicious. Beware of the wasabi and ginger on the side, if you don’t prefer it usually.

The crispy floss maki is amazing on so many levels 🥢 I love the contrast

between the crispiness of the floss and the stickiness of the japanese white rice. The sushi is filled with raw ‘salmon’, avocado and cucumbers (which gives it an extra crunch!). It is also drizzled with vegan mayo and teriyaki sauce on top to give it that finished flavour. What more can I say.

Herbivore has the best sushis in town. I still prefer their avocado or ‘unagi’ makis over this, but I am in no means undermining how great this one was as well.

can’t remember the price oops, but not cheap! SO GOOD omg brought my pescatarian-sushi-jap-food-loving friend

here and she loved this. vegan version has cucumber and avocado in it, and although my friend hates cucumber and fresh veggies she didnt mind it here!! the floss was the game changer though SUPER FRAGRANT and crispy😭🤩 the sauce was just right and the vegan mayo was a good touch as well:D they were very generous with the sauces too so that was nice! we almost licked the plate clean😂

Love it! I’m a fan of floss and i don’t know the last time i

had it.
I usually don’t get this maki at herbivore but it was a good choice today.
Slightly sweet, not too overwhelming through i did struggle to eat it “cleanly” as it fell apart when I was trying to put it all in my mouth 😂
Cucumber, vegan sashimi (I think) and avo in the center!
