Tempeh Buddha Bowl

A great combination of flavors plus they let you swap out vegetables you dont like for something else. I love the soft rice with the tempeh which has a peanut sauce on the side. Amazing.

This is my first time trying sorghum rice and I honestly prefer it than normal rice! The tempeh was steamed then being seasoned with the balado sauce, it felt really light which I loved. The sauteed kale and mushroom were also amazingly! Everything was alr perfect even before I added the sauce, really recommend to give this a visit! #jaan
