green salad

One of the lovely salads on the catering side of garden grub. Green salad! It has leafy greens, green apple slices, green grapes, pistachios, and a fancy cut cucumber in the center. We had our choice of dressings-either a maple mustard vinaigrette or a berry vinaigrette. Both were yummy.
