Didn't quite love it but it's still very worth to try during your stay in Peru. Feel like the corn didn't really match the other flavours. The rest of the ingredients were nice and fresh.
#locallysourced el ceviche es a base de hongos ostra, te dan leche de tigre para que la eches a tu gusto, muy rico pero mucha cebolla. Mi crítica va al relleno de la causa, son solo verduras (arveja, zanahoria), no sé si lleva veganesa (no la sentí) y eso le quita puntos. Cuesta S/. 26
