Flying Vegan Ramen

Such a delicious and #flavorful #ramen!! Sometimes veggie ramen has a bland broth base, but this #miso broth was really tasty. It's just barely spicy but not really lol. Very large and filling portion, can easily be split into 2 meals depending on how hungry you are. The #noodles were a great consistency. There were a ton of toppings: #impossible meat, tofu, bean sprouts, broccolini, green onion, corn, red onion, crispy garlic, chili seasoning. All great topping except the red onion was too much--I'd definitely ask them to either omit it or just add less of it. I know ramen has a lot of sodium, so whenever I eat it I get so thirsty. But alas, it's tasty so I'll just chug some extra water. It's just under $18 and almost 1,000 calories.

Delicious vegan ramen, can't wait to go back!! Great service, atmosphere & food and the ramen was very filling. There's another vegan option on the menu and GF noodles available.
